One import turns almost any file into a document you can read, mark up, search, and listen to — with nothing held back behind an account or a subscription.
Documents
PDF, EPUB, TXT, Markdown, HTML, DOCX, RTF and CSV. Legacy .doc is recovered on a best-effort basis and says so. Unsupported files import fine and explain themselves rather than failing silently.
Reader
Continuous scroll or true pagination, with typeface, size, line and paragraph spacing, margins, alignment, brightness, and three page themes independent of the app's own theme. Table of contents, in-document search, and a progress scrubber.
Annotations
Notes attached to passages or to the document as a whole, and named bookmarks. Everything survives closing the app, and every item jumps back to its exact location — even after a font change or a rotated device.
Read aloud
Sentence-level text-to-speech that behaves like an audiobook player: play, pause, skip by chapter, rewind and fast-forward, adjustable speed and voice, and the spoken sentence highlighted as it's read. An offline neural voice pack is available for narration well beyond the robotic system voice.
Library
Collections a document can belong to at once, tags, favourites, sorting, and search across metadata, notes, and now the full text of your documents. A reading history tracks time, sessions, and a quiet activity chart.
On-device, by design
There is no account, no network call in the reading path, and no feature that stops working offline. Your library, your notes, and your reading history live only on your device.
Pick up exactly where you left off
Every note and bookmark is anchored to the text itself, not a page number — so it survives a font change, a rotated device, or switching between scroll and paged reading.
